  • Leave your valuables at home

  • Trim toe nails before taking to the road

  • Wear comfortable sneakers, we suggest you wear a ½ size larger than what you would normally wear, so you can ‘chip’ to the music all day long

  • Designate one driver in your group

  • As a reminder, there are thousands of masqueraders in costume, and you may get separated, so arrange a specific meeting point with your friends within the band in case you get lost



  • Be careful around all parade vehicles e.g. music trucks, bar trucks, etc.

  • Use lip balm and sun block, and take it with you to re-apply as often as necessary

  • Sunglasses always come in handy

  • Be sure not to mix medication with alcohol

  • Drink responsibly

  • Drink lots of water throughout the day to avoid dehydration

  • Do not accept drinks from strangers


  • What if I lose my wristband or Cup?
    There is no FREE replacement; you will be charged $100.00 for a replacement. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTION.
  • Can I have my friend (s) not in costume in the band with me?
    Non masqueraders will not be allowed in the band. Our security team will extract them.
  • How will the food distribution be handled?
    (Use BREAKFAST, SNACK, MEAL chips provided in your bag) IMPORTANT: If you lose your meal chips you will have to wait until everyone has been served. Breakfast — Sandwiches, beverages, fruits — will be served between 10:00am-11:30am. Snack — Choice of chicken or vegetarian wrap — will be served between 1:30pm-3:00pm. Meal — Choice of: Chicken Fish Vegetarian Vegan With sides will be served after crossing the stage.
  • Can I give food to friend (s) not in costume?
    You cannot and if you are caught doing this; you and your friend (s) will be extracted from the band. Food is served to paid masqueraders.
  • How will the drink distribution be handled?
    You are allowed to have unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. (MUST HAVE PRS PROVIDED CUP) No underage drinking will be allowed. Drinks Dark Rum White Rum Coconut Rum Vodka Tequila Scotch whisky Assorted juices Assorted sodas Coconut water Beer Partier Punch Water
  • Can I give drinks to friend (s) not in costume?
