OPULENCE MAS
PATIALA

The Patiala necklace, a symbol of power, wealth and exquisite taste, was designed in 1928 by the House of Cartier. With five rows of platinum chains and embellished with almost 3000 diamonds and Burmese rubies, there’s no contest that this is the most expensive piece of jewelry ever made. Maharaj Bhupinder Singh, the original owner of the necklace wore the impeccable piece with pride, passing the family heirloom down to his son. However, this one of a kind necklace vanished shortly after, being last seen in 1948. With a value of over 30 million dollars, The Patialia necklace left even the most well versed jewelers and gemstone connoisseur in awe of its beauty.
